I am a fully accredited member of the the UKCP (United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy) and a member of the Association of Core Process Psychotherapists (ACPP).
I hold a Masters Degree in Mindfulness Based Psychotherapeutic Practice and a Graduate Diploma in Core Process Psychotherapy from the Karuna Institute in Devon.
I also hold a BSc in Health Sciences from the University of Westminster.
I have a Diploma in Specialist Psychotherapy with Ex-Boarders.
As well as regular supervision, I am part of an ongoing Integrative Psychotherapy CPD (continuing professional development) group in North London.
I worked in a Community Psychotherapy and Counselling Centre in Hackney. I also have experience as a group facilitator for Peer Paranoia Support Groups with the charity MIND, as well as working one-to-one with service users offering psychotherapy.
I currently work full-time in private practise from the E2 Therapy Rooms in Cambridge Heath Road and at Yoga Place in Bethnal Green Road. They are both in Bethnal Green, East London.
I am fully insured and work to the Ethical Principles and Professional Code of Conduct of both the UKCP and the Karuna Institute.
