How long do we meet for?
I offer sessions lasting for 50 minutes.
How long does therapy last for?
Therapy can be short term (6 - 18 weeks in duration) for an agreed time period or on an open-ended basis, depending on your intention, needs and how it develops.
How often will we meet?
Sessions are weekly at the same time.
What can psychotherapy help with?
I am experienced in helping people who have had difficulties with:

I have particular interest and experience in working with depression and the recovery from psychotic experience.
What is the fee?
I charge £70 per session. I have a limited number of low cost places for those people who may not be able to afford this because of their circumstances.
How do I know that you work safely?
I work in accordance with the Karuna Institute and UKCP set of Ethical Principles and Professional Code of Conduct, copies of which can be supplied on request.
What about holidays?
I have a policy that allows for up to 9 weeks absence per year that includes holiday and illness. I may be able to reschedule missed appointments.
